Could a short term let be the answer?

Could a short term let be the answer?

In recent years there has been a noticable increase in the demand for short term rental accommodation through the UK and Ireland.

Are you building a house? Or perhaps you have sold your own but haven’t found the right property? Waiting for a completion date on your new home?  Or simply wanting to ‘get to know’ an area before you commit to buying or renting long term. You may only need accommodation for several months. Staying with family may not be an option. Short term letting gives you the luxury of comfortable and spacious accommodation in a residential, quiet area and could be a cost effective and convenient solution.

Corporate organisations occasionally require rental properties for their staff on a short term basis. They may be looking for short to medium term accommodation for visiting staff/management or to make the transition more comfortable for employees they are relocating to their Belfast offices.

Are you re-locating to Northern Ireland? Perhaps you don’t want to restrict yourselves to a twelve-month tenancy agreement, the flexibility of a short let would allow you to continue searching for a home to buy.

Perhaps you are currently staying in a hotel courtesy of your insurance company while your home is being repaired after a disaster. If it’s likely you are to be kept away from your home for an indeterminate amount of time your insurance company may consider it less traumatic, and more financially agreeable, to rehome you in a short term let.

We have several short term lets currently available in the North Down area and Emma Dalzell would be delighted to give you more information on what we can offer, and how we can tailor it to suit your individual letting needs. Contact Emma on 028 90421414 or emma@rodgersandbrowne.co.uk
